PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: Essentials of Leadership
The essence of an effective leader lies in establishing good interpersonal work relationships and the ability to spark action in others. This workshop will cover leadership imperatives, key principles and guidelines for effective interactions as well as a feedback tool. Leaders leave with a set of essential skills to meet both practical business needs and people's personal needs.
