COMMUNITY EDUCATION: Herbs and Tea
Are you looking for a self-help course to get your health back on track and take care of ailments in a natural way? Look no further; come to the “Herbs & Tea” class! The classes will be held in the Perkins Building from noon to 1:30 p.m. daily, Monday, May 14, through Friday, May 18.
The course will cover the following five areas.
(1) Herbs, as food, in all forms
(2) Herbs to correct deficiencies (for example, always feeling tired may indicate energy deficiency)
(3) Herbs to regulate excess (heavy legs may indicate water excess)
(4) Tea
(5) Cooking at home with herbs and tea
