Interpersonal Communication in the Workplace
Improving communication in the workplace is critical. When communication breaks down, a number of other issues typically arise. This four-hour workshop will teach the most valuable skill of all - how to communicate effectively with people. Effective communication leads to increased efficiency and effectiveness of workers.
You will gain powerful communication skills such as how to express your ideas in ways that gain attention and support, how to make a positive impression, and how to communicate with difficult people in tough situations.
