As Eastern Kentucky University kicks off the Centennial Celebration, these Centennial logos have been posted for use by the University community.

Some uses may include departmental flyers, brochures, posters, banners, specialty advertising merchandise (T-shirts, hats, coffee mugs, key chains, magnets, etc.)

These specially-designed marks commemorating the founding of Eastern Kentucky University may not be altered in any way.

•  The Centennial mark must be presented on a solid background only.  Avoid using on medium-toned, photographic, or textured backgrounds that do not allow for proper contrast between the logo and the background color.
   
• Allow for adequate white space to surround the logo – do not crowd the logo with other logos of any type, text of any kind, photos or other graphic design elements.
   
• When preparing artwork in four-color or two-color designs, either the color version or the black and white version of the logo may be used depending on which one will better compliment the graphic composition of the design.
   
• When preparing black and white artwork, the black and white version of the logo must be used so that reproduction of the artwork will be crisp and sharp. Please do not use the color version and then convert to grayscale.
   
• Do not add anything to the logo, and do not subtract anything from the logo, including the text “A Century of Opportunity.” The Centennial mark MUST be used in its entirety.
